FAQ's
What ages are allowed to play on the Happy Planet equipment?
The equipment at Happy Planet Play land is designed for children 14 and under. We do not allow adults and teenagers on the equipment for the safety of the children playing. Adults can go on the equipment if they are actively assisting a child.
What are your hours of operation?
Monday-Friday: 11.00 am to 9.30 pm & Saturday-Sunday: 11.00 am to 10.00 pm. Please call on 9833067879 / 61801785 and confirm your visit as the place might be exclusively reserved to accommodate birthday parties or special events.
Can I drop my child off at Happy Planet Play land for open play and leave?
Yes you can drop off your child at Happy Planet in the creche area. Elsewhere they must be supervised by a responsible parent/guardian at all times.
Are socks required?
Yes! For safety and hygiene reasons, socks are required to play. They can be purchased from the Happy Planet reception.
Can I bring in food and snacks in during open play?
We do not allow outside food and beverages to be brought inside Happy Planet play-land. Also for safety and hygiene reasons, we do not allow food and drinks [bought from Happy Planet] in the main play area. Food in any form (Candies, Biscuits, Chewing Gum, etc.) and Beverages are strictly prohibited in the playland premises for hygiene and safety reasons.
Are you available for Birthday Parties and open Play. What else can be organized at Happy Planet ?
Yes. Happy Planet Play-land is a great place to host a party for your little one. Kids' birthday parties are only the beginning! From School picnics to corporate groups to moms' groups, we're excited to host just about any group that wants to celebrate. We offer discounts for large groups. Does Happy Planet Playland supervise my child?
We do not take responsibility for any children. Parents and guardians are responsible for their children at all times. If the children are behaving inappropriately (i.e. fighting, climbing on tables, throwing food), the staff will intervene to modify behavior and notify the parent. Appropriate behavior and language is expected of everyone at all times. We love kids and we will try to ensure, that they are safe and happy. Happy Planet Playland cannot be held responsible for accidents which occur as a result of children and/or adults playing with/or on equipment or in the facility. At Happy Planet Playland we take pride in providing a safe environment for your children. We reserve the right to remove anyone from our facility who is not adhering to these rules.
How often is the place cleaned and how is the hygiene level maintained?
The play area is cleaned and sanitized regularly. In addition, tables and floors are kept clean and are sanitized throughout the day. We believe in maintaining the dignity of our staff and would seek your assistance to do so. To maintain high level of hygiene during your visit, please ensure kids below 3 years are wearing diapers and it should be changed (if required), in the wash room. If your children are sick or showing symptoms of illness, please do not bring them into our facility in order to prevent illness outbreaks.
What food do you serve?
For those looking to satisfy their hunger cravings we offer delicious sandwiches, pizzas, fries, beverages and yummy juices/shakes (made at Happy Planet Playland).
Do you take care of our belongings ?
No. Happy Planet does not undertake the responsibility of any belongings of the parent/child including the shoes. Shoe racks are provided only to convenience the guests.
Do you sell gift certificates ?
Yes we sell gift certificates. Same can be bought from the reception counter.
